The young director Sumana Kitthur is on her third film after Slum Bala and Kallara Santhe. ‘Edhegarike’ is the third film of Sumana Kitthur that went on the floors on Thursday morning is produced by Raveendra and Bachchan.

The film ‘Edhegarike’ starring Aditya and Atul Kulkarni in pivotal roles is set in the misty background. One is a killer and the other one is to be killed. This is based on the short novel of Agni Sridhar – a real life story happened during the days of Agni Sridhar and Muthappa Rai.

The two walking in the toughest cold atmosphere are talking each other. Both are not aware of what their assignment. The killer does not know he is supposed to gun down the person walking with him. On the other side the targeted person is not aware that man next to him is his killer.

As they proceed they pick up humanity and feel individually it is possible to live in this world without terror in life. That is the message sent across in this powerful mass media by young and dynamic director Sumana Kitthur the recent state award winner for special mention to her direction of ‘Kallara Santhe’.

Bhavana is the icy and nice lady in this film. Shashikumar, Srujan Lokesh and Yamuna Murthy are also in the cast. Deepak Pandit mentor of recently demised Ghazal King Jagajith Singh is scoring the music and Anthony is doing the editing.

The shooting will be held in Bengaluru and Saklkeshpur-Mangalore roads. The screenplay, story and dialogues by are by Agni Sridhar.
